1966 was a good year for arrivals. Star Trek debuted on television, and our co-founder and CEO, Jim Wirth, made his debut on Earth.
Sixty years later, both are still boldly going. Jim just spends considerably more time discussing pocket knives.
The GiantMouse crew includes some BIG Star Trek fans, so this year brought a convergence we couldn’t resist: sixty years of the original series, sixty years of Jim, and the perfect excuse to take our annual coin into unfamiliar territory.
The connection to mice and knives? The people behind them. Our shared interests, friendships, and occasional nerdy detours are part of what makes GiantMouse GiantMouse. This coin is a small piece of that story—a tribute to a show we love and a milestone worth celebrating together.
Consider it a little piece of the final frontier for your pocket.
