Surrounded by books, brick, and a distinctly creative energy, it was over drinks in this very space that the idea for GiantMouse was born. The venue provided the spark for a new kind of knife brand, making the Biblio model far more than just a tool. It stands as a tribute to our origins and a symbol of where the journey began.
