The Shank Sharpener’s Union is a community of knife enthusiasts who live for precision, skill, and the satisfaction of a finely honed edge. To celebrate that spirit, we created something as an homage to them.

The ACE Jutland Slipjoint - SSU Edition is the first configuration of its kind—built to honor the Union’s commitment to sharpening both their craft and their tools. With milled brass scales, a PVD-finished S90V blade and hardware, and a design rooted in the rugged tradition of the original Jutland. It’s a knife that embodies both strength and capability.
