Before you book, please note:

• Advance Notice Required: We cannot accept appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
• No-Call/No-Show Policy: Appointments will be considered a cancellation if a guest has not arrived or made contact within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.
• Knife Sharpening: Our sharpening services are available exclusively for GiantMouse knives. We will not sharpen knives from other brands or manufacturers.
