Official Rules: GiantMouse Giveaways & Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

GiantMouse Giveaways and Sweepstakes (e.g. the Promotion) are open to those located in places where Giveaways and Sweepstakes are legal, and are eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of GiantMouse, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by GiantMouse, LLC, located at 1131 N Washington Ave., Lansing MI 48906 USA.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the the Promotion.

4. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

When applicable, to receive one (1) bonus entry without making a purchase: Hand-print your full name, valid email address, phone number, and an answer to why you love GiantMouse on a 3x5” card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: GiantMouse, Inc., 1131 N Washington Ave. Lansing MI 48906.

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the promotional period, and received no later than one (1) week after the promotional period ends.

• Limit one (1) mail-in bonus entry per person.

• Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are void.

5. Prizes

The winner(s) will be contacted to receive the promotional prize within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotion. Approximate Retail Value is determined by the Promotion but is equal to the total MSRP of the prize(s). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at GiantMouse's discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about two (2) weeks after the close of the Promotion. The potential winner will be notified via the email provided during submission within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this content, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, or statements about the Sweepstakes for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes.

10. General Terms & Limitation of Liability

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

11. Disputes

As a condition of participating in this promotion, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Michigan having jurisdiction.
